Hortus Loci raised from seed from the grounds of Exbury Gardens in Hampshire. Stunning tree with probably 'The Best' autumn colour of all trees!. A broadly conical tree. Glossy-green foliage, rich and vivid autumn tints of red, scarlet, orange and yellow. Excellent specimen tree, especially near water. Sun or light shade, neutral to acid soil. Slow growing to 10m tall.
